We offer excellent tuition for students interested in working in the open space surveillance industry. Operators of Public Space Surveillance (PSS) CCTV are required to have a licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). It was designed to allow the assessment of a candidate’s ability to design and deliver learning programmes, monitor their own performance and development and to identify the needs and styles of a learner. An 8 GLH is required to study this course. Four modules will be taught and they include: Avoiding Conflict and Reducing Personal Risk, Defusing Conflict, Resolving and Learning from Conflict and Emergency Procedures.
