The Physical Intervention course and award is a fantastic program designed to train security officers various techniques of conflict and situational control. Security officers are taught how to intervene physically within the legal boundaries in order to protect a client or premises. It is a level 3 qualification and comprises six sections including a micro teaching lesson of any course of your choice. It was develop to allow the assessment of a candidate’s ability to design and deliver learning programmes, monitor their own performance and development and to identify the needs and styles of the student.
